TaxSight Privacy Policy
Effective July 30, 2026
Purpose and scope
TaxSight is a private, firm-only tax-planning workspace operated by Fulbright Tax & Accounting PLLC, 802 N Floyd Rd, Richardson, TX 75080. It is used by authorized firm personnel to model projected tax liability. Clients do not receive TaxSight accounts.
Information TaxSight stores
TaxSight may store client and entity names, planning assumptions, uploaded prior-return PDFs, QuickBooks Online report snapshots, encrypted QuickBooks connection tokens, and authorized-user email addresses.
How information is used
Information is used only for internal tax-planning and accounting workflow services for the applicable client. TaxSight reads selected QuickBooks reports and does not post, classify, or modify QuickBooks transactions. Fulbright Tax & Accounting PLLC does not sell TaxSight data or use it to train public artificial-intelligence models.
Retention and deletion
TaxSight planning records, uploaded prior returns, and QuickBooks report snapshots are retained for seven years after the later of the tax year represented or the end of the related planning engagement. Records may be deleted earlier when a client relationship ends or the firm determines the information is no longer needed, unless a legal hold, engagement requirement, or other applicable obligation requires longer retention.
Security and questions
TaxSight restricts access to authorized firm users, encrypts QuickBooks tokens at rest, and uses HTTPS for data in transit. Questions may be directed to michaelf@fultax.com.
This policy describes TaxSight's internal planning workspace and should be reviewed with the firm's legal and professional-retention policies before being used as a broader firm privacy notice.
